MERIDIAN RANCH: Saint Aubyn Homes offer homes at Meridian Ranch, located in the Falcon, CO area out Highway 24 from Peterson AFB. We calculate the monthly payments for you on home prices as follows: We start with the base prices and then add popular features most buyers prefer. With some builders these features are standard - included in the base price, so there's not much to add. With other builders the base prices don't include enough features to be meaningful, so we add the popular features. We also add full front-and back landscaping, including sprinkler systems, and back yard fencing. The monthly payments include principal, interest, and location-specific estimates for taxes and insurance, everything but utilities. The monthly payments are based on 100% VA financing (with seller paying 100% of buyers closing costs), 3.25%, 30-year loans, and the balance of builder incentives applied toward price reduction. Military home buyers with good credit get this 3.25% rate presently. Military home buyers with ok credit are paying 3.75% - higher but still close to all-time lows. The regular VA funding fee is added to the loan amounts. Prices and rates are subject to change at any time. Please contact your VA lender for exact quotes.
